Publication of the proceedings of the 6th National Conference on Restoration
The collective volume with the proceedings of the 6th National Conference on Restoration is now published! Boulouki participated in this significant conference, which was held by ETEPAM, a non-profit national scientific society, back in October 2022 in Thessaloniki. Our contribution centred around the ‘Under the Landscape’ multifaceted project and focused on the implementation stages, namely the interdisciplinary research, the restoration work, the educational programs and the participatory events. The paper highlights the important aspects of this multifaceted project; from the use of local materials, the reclaiming of knowledge around traditional building techniques, to the training of craftspeople and professionals and engaging the local community.
